QA/QC Introduction

Quality Control:
The technological specifications of our carbide tipped blades for wood are tested as follows:
1)The semi-finished blades are tested by the Stress Testing Machine, the Moving and Motionless Balancing Machine, the Straightedge and the Plug Gauge.
2)The hardness of blades is tested by the Rockwell hardness in accordance with established technological standards.
3)The welding and cutting intensity of the carbide tip is tested using the Special Intensity Wood Dynamometer in accordance with the kilogram pressure.
4)The side and top of the carbide tips are tested by end beating and radial beating.
5)The internal hole of the blades is tested by the Plug Gauge in accordance with the testing standard.
6)The outer diameter and the width of tooth are tested by the Sliding Gage and the Micrometer.

Technological specifications of our carbide tipped blades for wood are tested strictly in accordance with the Chinese National Standard (GB/T14388-93).
